In Dec., capital increased to NTD 143,000,000.- Set up Shi-Ho 3rd factory in Tainan Science and Technology Industrial Area and completed in Jan. 2005, starting production with equipment which can handle maximum size 3m by 2.2m.

In Aug., capital increased to 291,670,000.- In Dec., through Securities and Futures Bureau of Financial Supervisory Commission, Executive Yuan permitted to issue in public.

In Feb. through The Consortium firm Gre Tai Securities Market Taiwan (R.O.C.) Permitted to issue stock-on-desk as well as its transaction.
In Mar, purchased land located at No. 18, Renzheng Rd., HuKou Township, Hsinchu County 303, Taiwan (R.O.C.) proceeding 4th factory extension.
In Jan., 2009 set up 4th factory at No. 18, Renzheng Rd., HuKou Township, Hsinchu County, Taiwan (R.O.C.) as Shi-Ho company principal office.

Ministry of Economic Affairs has approved the reinvestment of SHIH JU TECHS (HE FEI) CO., LED. by USD 7,000,000.
Converted convertible bond, capital increased to NTD 575,009,000.
Bought a factory at Tainan Technology Industrial Park.
Bought a factory at Dongguan, set up Dongguan Shi Ping Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd
